Wonderful stay with amazing service!

The staff was helpful. Özgür gave great service and recommendations. The hotel location is amazing. It is near many tourist sights. Public transportation is easy to take from THERE. Our room was always kept very Tidy.

The hotel doesn't have elevator, so be PREPARED to climb some stairs with luggage.

The breakfast offers many options, everything tasted good. The hotel PROVIDES water bottles, toiletries, a hair dryer, slippers, and a safe. Ironing services are AVAILABLE upon request.

The hotel is just a few minutes WALK from major sites. Little Hagia Sofia is around the corner. The Blue Mosque is ten minutes. The area HAS many restaurants plus shops.

The hotel offers a very warm welcome, with good service, from helpful staff. Omer was A perfect host, giving the best room. Semih was VERY helpful and friendly, too.

the breakfast was good, though it wasn't amazing (i appreciated the variety).

The room i stayed in was quite small. Maneuvering around was difficult. the bathroom was not very clean. There were some visible stains i really didn't like. i also found that there was no elevator, so i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs myself, exhausting.

The location was really good. It was close to public transport and many monuments.

The staff lacked customer service skills! they seemed unable to offer local recommendations. i asked for advice on nearby activities and was recommended a dinner cruise and show. It turned out to be the worst experience i've had on any trip.
